Dubrovnik to Split through Počitelj and Mostar
If you have a whole day for the move to Split, this route shows you a different country on the way. It leaves the coast, follows the Neretva into Bosnia and Herzegovina and returns to the sea in the evening.
We start early, and your suitcases stay in the car all day.

Stops along the way
Počitelj
A fortified Ottoman village on a slope above the Neretva. A short climb up the stone steps gives a wide view of the valley.
Mostar
Two or three hours for the Old Bridge, the bazaar and lunch.
Split
From Mostar back into Croatia and down to the coast, to your accommodation or the port in Split.
Good to know
There are two border crossings, so each passenger needs a passport or ID card accepted at the border. In summer the crossings can add time, which we allow for when we set the start.
